- Telephone service to the employee and family
- Explanation of UK education system & international
differences
- Identify individual children's needs
- Provide written report (as required) on available
education options
and appropriate schools
- Arrange appointments for the family to visit schools
assisting with questions
they should ask during those visits
- Assist with the subsequent selection of an appropriate
school
and the application procedure for places
