We have chosen a house but there are no available places at the local school.
What do we do next?

Although we appreciate that for the school this is simply a numbers issue, we understand that it is disheartening for you, sadly for your child it may feel like rejection.

We are able to help you through the steps to finding another solution or, if it is appropriate, through the school appeal process.

Our children do not speak English and we have no knowledge of the UK education system. Where do we start?

We are on hand to guide you through the whole process. We explain how the British education system works and provide lists of appropriate schools that will provide extra language support to your children.

We are familiar with State school options and also Independent (private) and International schools.

Our daughter has significant learning difficulties. How can we move her to a new area?

Because your child is already settled in appropriate schooling either abroad or in the UK, it is daunting to have to start the process all over again to find a suitable school in the new area.

We have a great deal of experience working with children with special needs and are used to liaising with the relevant departments and authorities to obtain the level of support required.

We have always lived in the UK but we now have to move to Germany for three years. What options are there for our children?

We have experience of the education systems in many countries worldwide. We will advise on whether it is a possible option to use the local state schools or if you need to look at international schools.

Much will depend on the ages of your children and your future, long term plans.

Our son has already chosen exam options and is half way through the course.
Can his choices be matched?

We understand how relocation can affect the whole family, especially if your children are at key stages in their education. It is important to be able to provide as much continuity as possible in course options.
