Telephone service to the employee and family
Identify the family’s future plans and individual needs, looking towards future repatriation to home country if necessary
Explanation of education options available in the new location, either local state schools or international schools
If required, six-monthly monitoring communication with family to ensure the children are receiving appropriate education to prepare for re-entry to their home country education system
