Level 1

Families moving within the UK who have good understanding of UK education system.

Families moving within the UK or from abroad with little or no understanding of UK education system.

Families moving within the UK or from abroad with little or no understanding of UK education system, requiring additional support.

Families moving from the UK to another International site.

Families moving from one International location to another.

In special circumstances, further work may be required in addition to standard services.

Service as Level 2
Additionally include up to one full day accompanying the family on school visits (up to 3 or 4 schools depending on location)
Service may be provided when family members struggle with English language or are especially nervous because of the UK culture differences from their home country
Service may also be provided to senior members of staff
